It’s easy—all alex emilio clients are automatically enrolled.

How do I accumulate reward points?
See the list of æ reward points above for ways to accumulate points. Our system automatically awards and tracks your points when eligible transactions are made at the register. Be sure to notify our receptionists of any reviews or instagram posts you’ve made when you check-in for your appointment. Also, periodically check your emails for special promotions to earn additional points!

How do I earn points by referring a friend?
To receive reward points, your friend must be new to Alex Emilio Salon and mention your name at their first appointment. For a helpful reminder, ask for friend referral cards at your next visit!

How many reward points do I have?
You can check your reward balance at any time by asking one of our receptionists.

How can I redeem my reward points?
Reward points may be redeemed for services and retail purchases only. The front desk will inform you if you have accumulated enough for redemption.

Are there any restrictions?
Reward points cannot be used to purchase gift cards and are not redeemable for cash, transferable from one person to another, or awarded for any friends/family discount programs.

Do points expire?
No. Points never expire.
